The ordering process:
1. Choose the product you wish to have embroidered. There is no order minimum for embroidery.
2. All orders will require a 50% deposit payment or a Purchase Order #, for us to begin processing.
3. Send us your logo or provide us with details of what you would like and one of our artists will design it for you. The order will not be processed until you have approved the artwork.
4. The logo will then be digitized for embroidery. This will require a one time disk charge per logo.
5. You will receive a phone call or e-mail when your order is ready for pick-up.
Standard operating time is 2-3 weeks per order
